- All items are brand new, and ready stock unless otherwise notified
- All items are authentic, copy of the receipt is available upon request. Request shall be made when placing order
- Orders shall be made directly through our website or as an option, you can PM our FB page at ww.facebook.com/BrandzShoppe.
- Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. Item will be inspected prior to shipping.
- BrandzShoppe will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage that incurred during shipping
- Status of order will be updated through the web, or will be sent to customers via e-mail, Facebook message or Whatsapp message.
- Cancellation has to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Order can only be cancelled before the item is processed. There will be RM30 re-listing fees for each cancellation. No cancellation will be entertained after item has been processed
- Price is inclusive of handling and shipping within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, unless otherwise notified.
- Color of item in pictures may be slightly different from the actual due to lighting
- BrandzShoppe is not associated to any of the brand names listed on the website. We just love their products.
- Payment shall be made within 24 hours. Failing to do so will result in the order being cancelled and the item will be re-listed
- Split payment is accepted upon approval from BrandzShoppe. Customer is required to request for a split payment by writing to email@example.com or PM to our FB page.
- Full payment shall not exceed 2 months period from the date of deposit payment
- Deposit will be forfeited if full payment is not made within 2 months time, unless otherwise agreed by BrandzShoppe
- Item will only be shipped upon receipt of full payment
- No reservation will be entertained without deposit payment
- Item will be delivered within 2 business days via Poslaju
- Tracking number will be sent to customers through e-mail, FB message or WA. Customers shall be responsible to check their own delivery status.
- BrandzShoppe will only initiate a contact with Poslaju if the item is found missing during delivery. Request for follow-up or arrangement for re-delivery and self-collection will not be entertained. Customers shall make their own arrangement with Poslaju by calling them at 1-300-300-300.
- Request to deliver the item via other courier services will not be entertained.
- No COD.

Customers information including full name, address, e-mail address and phone number are gathered through processing your purchase orders and sales transaction on our website. This information is solely used to provide services and products to the customers. We may also use contact information to send customers information of new products and special features or events at Brandz Shoppe. Customers can opt not to receive any promotional e-mail from us by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
